Bear Root is a family-owned and operated professional services firm founded by Malinda, Morgyn, and Randy. Each of us brings a different background, skill set, and perspective to the table, but we share the same belief: good work starts with good people, strong relationships, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.
Our story began with a shared passion for technology, creativity, and problem-solving. Malinda brings more than 25 years of experience in technology and IT, along with a people-first approach that has shaped how we work with our clients. Morgyn’s background spans technology, project management, operations, website development, and creative services, bridging the gap between ideas and execution. Randy brings financial expertise and a practical business perspective, helping businesses make informed decisions and build stronger financial foundations.
What began as a creative and digital marketing company grew naturally as we recognized that the challenges businesses face rarely fit neatly into one category. Our clients needed more than marketing — they needed trusted support across technology, finance, operations, and creative work.
